Honey is high in antioxidants (organic acids, flavonoids) & bioactive plant compounds. Honey is also a wonderful source of vitamin B6, calcium, copper, zinc, phosphorus, iron, & more. Cold-pressed coconut, sweet almond, & other oils are the real skincare heroes high in antioxidant capacity. They are pure, effective, & have a long shelf life.
