In this mustard, we have taken the time to hone the perfect recipe by looking for the best of several different mustard seeds. Several different mustard seed qualities have been used in the recipe, you won’t find the same on the market! In Mustard, concentration and taste come into their own together with Poppamies ’ spice blend developed for this purpose.
Mustard is made in Häme, Finland, and it is “strong” on the Finnish scale. So this is not chilli mustard.
This mustard is versatile and is suitable for sausages as well as for cooking, as a friend of barbecue food or, for its excellent appearance, also for casting pork or fish.
